The OrganicAthlete Victoria Track & Trail Duathlon is an Omnium-style duathlon, held in the Velodrome at the Juan de Fuca Recreation Center, with four events:

* 333m time trail
* 333m run
* 4km Pursuit
* 5km Trail Run

The goal is to get the best possible times in each event, to win the overall Omnium. There is no 'transition' between each event, as racers run/ride individually, with the exception of the final trail run, which will be a bunch event.

There are three categories of competition: Junior(18-under), Senior(under 30) and Master(over 30), and for each there is an Open category, and Women's.

Plenty of draw prizes will be given out, medals and ribbons for the Top 5 in each category, and free organic and vegan food and refreshments for all.
