Racing Mentors

I would like to ask a question to our cat 3 and above racers. Would you be willing to to mentor the cat 4 &5 racers? I see it as a email conversation here and there about race tactics, and maybe anwser questions someone has on a recent race. I think having a email discussion intead of an open forum may allow people to ask question that they wouldn't ask in a open forum.

Great idea Jim. I think people would be happy to offer their experience - people just have to ask for it! We can use the cycling team list for that.
