Broiled Polenta Triangles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- olive oil
Directions:
1.Boil the water, lower heat to a simmer and add polenta in a thing stream while whisking.
2.Whisk until polenta thickens, about 10 minutes.
3.Transfer to an oiled pie plate and cool until set.
Turn out of the pie plate, cut into wedges and brush with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and broil for about 5 minutes on each side.
